What exactly counts as one AI search?
One written answer to one submitted question. A shopper typing in the bar sees products immediately and that costs nothing — the counter moves only when they press search and the AI replies.
What happens the moment my allowance runs out?
Search keeps working. Shoppers still find products and still buy; the written answer is replaced by a short note until you pick a plan. Your storefront never breaks because of billing.
Do I have to upload my catalogue?
Not on Shopify. Products are read from your store when a shopper searches, so prices and stock are whatever they are right now. Stores on other platforms upload a CSV instead.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, as an app subscription on your existing store invoice. Changing or cancelling a plan happens in your Shopify admin like any other app.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
The app never asks for customer or order scopes, so it holds no personal data in the first place. Uninstalling revokes its access immediately, and Shopify's redaction request then deletes the store's records — there is no copy of your catalogue left behind.
